Today, thanks to the enthusiasm of renowned Montenegrin lawyer Goran Velimirović and his wife Marijana, this family tradition has been transformed into one of the most captivating wineries in the region – Velimirovich Heritage Winery.
Growing up from a small family craft, the winery has preserved the soul of the past and at the same time stepped into the modern world of winemaking, remaining faithful to quality and authenticity. Though a successful lawyer and long-time judge, Goran has found his true joy in wine – surrounded by family, friends, and nature. His motto, “Happiness is a personal matter and I don’t base it on money”, reflects the philosophy he applies to every grape, every bottle.
